- Igloo Drinks for WRE Staff
- We are seeking sponsors to provide Igloo drinks for the WRE staff. This initiative takes place once a month and is always well-received! Contributions are tax-deductible, and the cost is around $300. If you know of any individuals or businesses that might be interested in donating, please let us know!
- Dirty Soda bar in the Teacher’s lounge as an alternative.
- We supply 2 liters of flavored creamers and/or syrups, as well as cups, to the Teacher’s Lounge.
- The cost of Igloo drinks, combined with the need to go and pick them up, is a hindrance to securing regular sponsors.

- We are going to do a Perfect Pastries fundraiser sale in the fall! We do not have a set date, but we want to ensure delivery by Thanksgiving. The man who runs the sale has been very communicative with Steph and is ready to go when we are.
- Movie Night
- Our next after-school movie night is tentatively scheduled for Friday, November 7.
- Tami suggested having the student council bag up leftover carnival and trunk-or-treat candy for us to sell.
- We will do a sign-up for donations again as well.
- Open House
- Friday, August 8 from 4-6 pm.
- We will have a PTO table with a simple sign-up sheet along with a bucket of candy. (Thanks for the Candy idea, Kelci!) We will also have a schedule of meetings and a description of volunteer opportunities.

- We are looking for sponsors to cover Igloo drinks for the teachers and staff once a month for the next school year! Please let us know if you know of someone or if you are interested in sponsoring! The sponsorship typically costs between $200 and $250 and is tax-deductible.

- I am creating a flyer with a QR code to a quick and easy sign-up for PTO volunteers. We can hopefully get this blasted to all parents via email, as well as through teacher newsletters.
