We will have bounce houses, food trucks, a hayride, a silent auction, and games indoors for the kids.

Please be on the lookout for emails regarding donations and volunteer opportunities.

- We have a new spirit wear vendor. The grand opening sale for our site in October is 25% off followed by their holiday sale starting November 4 which will also be 25% off!
- The site will remain live continuously and ship directly to customers. There is a purchasing threshold to receive free shipping, but the site does run promotions/sales throughout the year.
- We get 10% of sales and a quarterly direct deposit of earnings.
- Malibu Jacks
- Malibu Jacks reached out to Steph and said they are available to man a booth at our next Carnival.
- We are also planning a fundraiser with them over the holiday break.

- Fall Carnival
- Thank you to everyone who donated and volunteered to help with this year's carnival! We could not have done it without all of your help!
- We made ~$4300 from this year’s carnival. This is more than we thought we were going to make!
- We have tentatively chosen Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, as the next carnival date. (McCutcheon football has an away game.)

- We are looking for sponsors to cover Igloo drinks for the teachers and staff once a month. Please let us know if you know of someone or if you are interested in sponsoring! This typically runs between $200-$250 and is tax deductible.
- Parent/Teacher Conferences
- Week of October 7
- We supplied Domino's pizza and soda to the teachers on both evenings along with cups, plates, and napkins. It cost around $630 in total.
- For Spring conferences, we should do a sign-up genius where parents can sign up to bring in pre-packaged food items for dinners. The teachers enjoyed the 2 liters of soda as they have an ice machine available!
- Teacher Stipend
- We will move forward with the $200 teacher stipend budgeted for the year.
- 5th Grade Trip
- Dana shared that the 5th-grade trip this year will be to Camp Tecumseh. It is $50 per student, down from $75 for last year’s Dunes trip. Unfortunately, the Dunes cannot accommodate the number of students in this year’s 5th-grade class.
- The PTO may be asked to cover any student who is unable to afford the cost.
