• Spirit Wear

  • Sale is open now through September 8, 2024. The link and QR code were sent in the August Timberwolf Tales.

• Fall Carnival 

  • Friday, Sept. 20, from 6 pm-8:30 pm.

    • Presale will run from Sept. 9 - Sept. 18. Info will be sent home with the kids.

    • We will have bounce houses, food trucks, a hayride, a silent auction, and games indoors for the kids.

    • Please be on the lookout for emails regarding donations and volunteer opportunities. 

      • All volunteers should plan on attending the next meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 5:30 pm.

    • If you have any ideas or would like to donate your time, expertise, or sponsorship, please email the PTO!

      • We will also have an affordable meal option in the cafeteria: pizza, chips/popcorn, and a drink.

    • The Boilermaker Special is booked.

    • We will have two bounce houses: one obstacle course and one traditional.

    • Star Wars cosplayers will be on site.

    • We are planning to have a Silent Auction as well.

      • The Indianapolis Indians donated tickets.

      • The Indy Fuel are donating tickets.

      • Each grade level will have theme for their basket(s) and a minimum of $100 value.

        • Teachers will reach out to parents for donations.

    • We will do a presale for bracelets for a discounted price. The price will go up at the door.

      • Bracelets include all games/activities, the Boilermaker Express, and the bounce houses. They will not include food.

      • We will NOT have separate tickets as an option this year.

  • We had our first Carnival Committee meeting on February 5. Our next meeting will be held in conjunction with the next PTO meeting on March 18, 2024. If you would like to help, but cannot attend a meeting, please email the PTO.
